Government free-zone authority

A newly formed digital-assets free zone needed a Salesforce platform for onboarding and servicing companies, integrated with ERP, identity verification, e-signature and payments.

Led discovery and requirements gathering with key stakeholders.
Worked directly with the CTO to shape the vision, mission and a scheduled roadmap.
