- Build a phased, scheduled roadmap that ties releases to business outcomes.
Relevant experience
- Architected a multi-brand Sales, Service, Marketing and Data Cloud platform for a UAE diversified entertainment group, with artefacts approved through a rigorous external TOGAF review.
- Translated a UAE government free-zone entity's requirements into ERDs, a solution design and a scheduled roadmap for Sales and Experience Cloud.
