- Review integrations, authentication patterns and error handling.
- Evaluate DevOps maturity, environments and release practices.
- Rank findings by business risk and effort, and turn them into a roadmap.
Relevant experience
- Assessed the Salesforce org of a global engineering consultancy to identify gaps, anti-patterns, performance and scalability issues, then designed processes to increase adoption.
- Built a stability and maturity roadmap for a Canadian credit union running both Financial Services Cloud and nCino.
